Introducing The Forces Help to Buy Scheme!

We’re delighted to announce that the popular Forces Help to Buy scheme is available at Thomas Alexander Homes!

Created by the UK Ministry of Defence, this initiative offers eligible service personnel an interest-free loan to help cover the upfront costs of purchasing a Thomas Alexander home, including deposits, legal fees, estate agent fees and stamp duty.

Buyers can borrow up to 50% of their annual salary, up to a maximum of £25,000, making it easier to take that important step onto – or up – the property ladder, with the scheme available to both first-time buyers and second steppers, and with NO property price cap!
