Hartley Vale Is Officially Sold Out

We’re delighted to announce that our popular Hartley Vale community in the beautiful North Yorkshire village of Burneston is now officially sold out

Located on Manor House Walk, Hartley Vale brought 23 new homes to the village, ranging from two- to five-bedroom properties. Designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding countryside, Hartley Vale combined traditional exteriors with contemporary living spaces and a host of modern, energy-efficient features, including air source heat pumps and EV charging points.

But Hartley Vale was always about more than just new homes. From its carefully considered design and green open spaces, to its location within a welcoming rural community, we wanted to create a neighbourhood that would make a genuinely positive contribution to Burneston, so we’re proud to see that the development’s now established as part of the village and to know that 23 families have found a place they can call home here.
