The Role

Sales Executives play a pivotal role in shaping our customers’ journey. Their extensive expertise spans from the legal and financial processes to interpreting engineering drawings and cross-selling Signature Extras.

Acting as the sole point of contact for our customers, Sales Executives thrive in a collaborative environment, adeptly managing multiple responsibilities and relishing a fast-paced, ever-changing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Administrator to drive reservations through to exchange, consistently meeting contract deadlines.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information to potential customers, ensuring all customers can make a well-informed decision regarding their purchase.
  • Thoroughly assess and address customer needs. Maintain regular contact with customers, offering bespoke support and progress updates.
  • Carry out monthly competitor market research, sharing findings with the Head of Sales and making strategic marketing recommendations.
  • Ensure show homes, sales areas and marketing suites are maintained to the highest quality standards.
  • Negotiate effectively to create a win-win scenario for the client and business.
  • Track customer feedback and data on marketing effectiveness.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in new home sales.
  • Solid understanding of the house-building industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to truly listen and understand the customer’s needs and match them to the home/product.
  • Able to communicate at all levels and offer ideas to support sales performance.

Job Type: Permanent 35 hours Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pm

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Sales extras bonus

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
