Terms & Conditions.

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Thomas Alexander Homes (Yorkshire) Limited, a company registered in England with company number 13761412 and having its registered address at Unit 2 Block C, 14 Hulme Street, Salford, Greater Manchester, England, M5 4ZG, or any Group Company of Thomas Alexander Homes (Yorkshire) Limited (where “Group Company” refers to any company that is directly or indirectly controlled by, or under common control with, another company, where “control” means the ownership of more than 50% of the voting shares or the ability to direct the management and policies of the company) (“Thomas Alexander”).

2. By entering into a reservation agreement with Thomas Alexander for the purchase of a new home (the “Agreement”), you are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not enter into the Agreement. Thomas Alexander reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

3. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who hold a full UK driving licence, except employees of Thomas Alexander, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Thomas Alexander reserves the right to request evidence of entrants’ eligibility for the prize draw.

4. The prize draw is free to enter. You will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon entering into the Agreement (and subsequently completing your purchase) and as such only one entry per reservation is permitted. You can opt out of the prize draw by contacting us at

5. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 1 January 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 17:00 on 30 June 2026. You must have completed on the purchase of your property by 30 June 2026. If you enter into the Agreement after the closing date, your entry into the prize draw will not be considered.

6. Thomas Alexander accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. Thomas Alexander accepts no responsibility if the contact details you provide are incomplete or inaccurate.

7. A winner will be chosen at random performed by a computer process on 3 July 2026 (“Draw Date”).

8. The winner will receive a brand new Tesla Model Y (2025), Rear-Wheel Drive (range 311 miles) in Stealth Grey with 19” Crossflow Wheels and an all-Black Leather interior. Thomas Alexander reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Thomas Alexander’s control makes it necessary to do so.

9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) on Friday 3 July 2026. The winner must respond and provide evidence of their full UK driving licence. If a winner does not respond to Thomas Alexander within 60 days of being notified by Thomas Alexander, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Thomas Alexander will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

10. The prize will be delivered to the winner at their new home within 12 weeks following: (a) 3 July 2026; or (b) the winner completing the purchase of their new home, whichever is later.

11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

12. The decision of Thomas Alexander regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. Thomas Alexander must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Thomas Alexander will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails salesadmin@thomasalexanderhomes.co.uk or writes to First Floor, 3355 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8ZB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5 . If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact Thomas Alexander using the above email address. In such circumstances, Thomas Alexander must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

14. Thomas Alexander reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

15. Insofar as is permitted by law, Thomas Alexander, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Thomas Alexander, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. 17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
